US and EU users who prioritise a spotless security record — no major hack since 2011 — and want a serious pro-grade trading terminal.
Institutions and funds requiring an SEC-registered venue with segregated qualified custody and audited on-chain reserves.
Active spot traders chasing the deepest global liquidity and the widest listing catalogue outside the US perimeter.
Traders who mix spot and on-chain — the Web3 wallet, DEX aggregator and Ethereum L2 X Layer sit inside the same account as CEX pairs.
Long-horizon EU holders who want the oldest continuously-operating exchange (2011) with conservative listings and full MiCA licensing.
Derivatives-first traders who want tighter perp funding and a maker-friendly fee schedule; accept offshore regulatory footprint.

Oasis Network (ROSE) is a Layer 1 blockchain designed for confidential smart contracts and privacy-preserving data applications. Launched in November 2020, it is built with a modular architecture that separates the consensus layer from the compute layer, allowing developers to deploy ParaTimes — parallel execution environments that can enforce different privacy and performance trade-offs.
The flagship compute environment is Sapphire ParaTime, a fully confidential EVM-compatible runtime. Smart contract state and inputs are encrypted inside hardware Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), specifically Intel SGX enclaves. This makes Oasis the most practical confidential-EVM chain for production applications, as Solidity developers can port existing contracts with minimal changes while gaining on-chain privacy guarantees.
ROSE trades on Binance, OKX, Kraken, KuCoin, Gate.io, and Bybit among others. The price on this page refreshes every 60 seconds from aggregated exchange data.
Key drivers of the ROSE price:
Live data above is the reference. The analysis below reflects conditions at page load.
Sapphire is Oasis's EVM-compatible confidential ParaTime. Unlike standard EVM chains where every contract call is public, Sapphire encrypts call data, state, and return values inside Intel SGX enclaves before they are committed to the Oasis consensus layer. The developer experience is close to standard Solidity/Hardhat workflows, and Sapphire exposes extra precompiles for generating on-chain randomness and managing encrypted storage.
The trade-off is TEE trust. Security depends partly on Intel SGX remaining unbroken. Oasis mitigates this with attestation checks and a layered security model, but a TEE side-channel vulnerability would be a systemic risk to all Sapphire contracts.
ROSE has a fixed maximum supply of 10 billion tokens. At genesis, approximately 1.5 billion were allocated to a community reserve, with the remainder distributed to backers, the Oasis Foundation, team, and ecosystem incentives on multi-year vesting schedules. Staking rewards come from the reserve bucket and diminish over time.
Beyond DeFi, the Oasis roadmap targets data sovereignty and AI compute marketplaces. The ROFL (Runtime OFfchain Logic) framework allows applications to run confidential off-chain compute tasks and publish verifiable results on-chain, bridging blockchain attestation and traditional data pipelines.
ROSE is listed on major centralized exchanges and is straightforward to acquire. Five steps cover most paths:
Oasis Sapphire and Secret Network are the two leading confidential-smart-contract chains, but they use fundamentally different privacy technologies.
For users familiar with Solidity, Oasis Sapphire offers the fastest on-ramp to production confidential contracts. Secret is the better choice for teams comfortable with CosmWasm and the Cosmos ecosystem.
ROSE carries the risks common to mid-cap Layer 1 tokens plus specific TEE and competitive risks.

Oasis's all-time high of $0.597347 was set on January 15, 2022. The current price sits +99.12% below that peak. Distance from the all-time high is a common reference point when evaluating long recoveries and macro support or resistance.
Buying Oasis (ROSE) is a five-step routine once you have picked the right venue and pair. The steps below mirror what most investors do today.
You can also use the Oasis converter above to estimate how much ROSE you would get for a given dollar amount before placing the order.
Whether Oasis is a good investment depends on your goals, time horizon, and tolerance for volatility. Like all cryptocurrencies, ROSE carries real market risk: prices can rise or fall sharply in a day, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future returns.
